Spring and fall is the best season to aerate and seed your lawn. We aerate every single inch of your lawn so that when its time to seed your lawn they would have enough space for when its time to over seed your lawn the roots would have enough space to grow healthy.  Before we start seeding we like to start out spreading the fertilizer started (which helps start the grass grow) after that's done we seed your property then water your lawn for at least 30 to 45 minutes.
